If you have ordered multiple items, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your entire order and to get it to your doorstep as fast as possible!
Orders are shipped out directly from one of our many domestic warehouses and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as possible! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive at your doorstep (depends on location and product). Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in such cases, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
This is unusual and the chances of this happening are very very slim. We ship your orders via very reliable courier partners. However, if your order does show delivered and you haven’t received the same, we request you to please check with your security and neighbours once before contacting us. You will get a notification via Email and/or SMS regarding the delivery of your order. Please note that the complaint must be raised within 24 hours of your order showing as delivered. We will not be able to investigate any complaint that is raised after 24 hours of the delivery.
For Domestic orders, The prices displayed on our site are inclusive of taxes. You will not have to pay any extra taxes. International orders may be subject to custom duty by your respective country. The custom duty will need to be paid by you at the time of delivery
The conclusion and performance of Reservations, including any payment obligation resulting therefrom, as well as the cancellation of Reservations is the sole responsibility of you and an Organizer. You indemnify Ujjwal Over Seas Private Limited from all claims submitted by an Organizer or a third party that relates to Reservations made by you with that specific Organizer, as well as to the payment of such Reservations. However, Ujjwal Over Seas Private Limited will provide assistance to you to the best of its abilities in case any issues arise between you and an Organizer in order to resolve those issues.
Notwithstanding the above mentioned, Ujjwal Over Seas Private Limited guarantees that you get a refund of what you have paid i) when you cancel your Reservation in conformity with the Organizer’s terms and conditions regarding cancellation, and ii) when your stay is in fact shorter than what was offered by the Organizer in the Experience Offer.
You guarantee that you will not use the Platform in a way that: infringes the rights of Ujjwal Over Seas Private Limited or third parties such as other users or Organizers, including but not limited to IP Rights or rights in relation to the protection of privacy; is contrary to any current legislation or regulations; or is contrary to any provision in these Terms of Use.In other words: “Even though the Organizers have their own terms and conditions, we are there to help you in case any issues arise, in particular if an Organizer does not stick to his own cancellation policy or if the duration of your stay is different than what the Organizer promised. We will only provide this assistance to you if you act in conformity with these terms and do not harm the rights of us and others.”
You and Ujjwal Over Seas Private Limited agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Mumbai city district of the state of Maharashtra in the republic of India to resolve any legal matter arising from the terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that Ujjwal Over Seas Private Limited shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
